Legal counseling from a lawyer or an advocate is professional advice to an applicant in any field of law. Legal counseling is one of the main forms of legal assistance.
Besides effectively assisting in realizing the applicant’s rights and legitimate interests, and removing legal obstacles, providing legal advice is also aimed at ensuring that citizens are aware of their rights and obligations in relation to public authorities.
In addition to examining documents, drafting legal documents, and providing legal representation in courts, “Path of Law” NGO also provides free legal assistance to anyone whose rights have been violated as a result of the actions or inaction of state officials. The NGO provides legal advice on the following fields of law:
- Civil legal relations,
- Administrative legal relations,
All those who are in need of legal advice and are in a vulnerable social position can apply every Thursday and Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00, at 4/6 Amiryan Street.
